Ann Blanchfield is the Senior Project Manager at The Zodeca Company, LLC, and supervises the planning, execution and delivery of Zodeca projects. Demonstrating The Zodeca Company’s project management philosophy, Ann is focused on providing clients with constant updates and dependable availability, to seamlessly provide a full-service experience that is impossible to duplicate. Ann facilitates communications between the client and the project team to efficiently manage each stage of the project from development to delivery by establishing timelines, setting project goals and allocating resources, as well as collecting assets and approvals and managing the thorough testing process that is a standard part of every Zodeca project.
Educated at Northeastern University, and experienced in both Project and Operations Management, Ann is uniquely capable of understanding the operational needs of a business while working with clients’ technology goals to maximize efficiency. Ann has previously helped small and medium-sized businesses to restructure and refine operations as well as deploy and integrate new sales and manufacturing management systems.
With a history of aiding companies in utilizing technology to improve business processes, manage shared assets and establish practices which enable smooth interdepartmental communication and teamwork, Ann has a track record of improving companies’ overall productivity, streamlining operations and increasing levels of quality assurance. Ann has also provided staff training for new technology initiatives, and created user guides and company manuals to improve operations practices, and help employees effectively integrate new enterprise applications.
